By submitting your restaurant information and images to Hangry (the "App"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Content Usage & Rights

By uploading text, images, logos, menus, and any other materials (the "Content"), you grant Hangry a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify (for optimization purposes), and distribute the Content across the App, website, social media, and related promotional materials.
The Content will be used exclusively for showcasing and promoting your restaurant within Hangry and its affiliated platforms.
While Hangry does not claim ownership of the submitted Content, by providing it, you confirm that you have the legal rights and permissions to share and distribute these materials.

You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted Content, including photos, menus, and descriptions, is accurate, up-to-date, and does not infringe on any third-party rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks).
Hangry reserves the right to remove any false, misleading, or inappropriate Content at its discretion.

You may request updates or modifications to your submitted Content by contacting our support team.
Hangry reserves the right to modify or remove any Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, outdated, or irrelevant for the App.

Hangry is not liable for any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from the use of the submitted Content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hangry from any third-party claims related to the Content you provide.

Hangry reserves the right to remove or suspend any Content or restaurant listing at its discretion, without prior notice, if it is found to be in violation of these Terms.

By submitting Content to Hangry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
